Fees

• Individual session (50 minutes): $240
• Free initial consultation (20 minutes): $0

Sessions are available in person at my St. Clair West office or by secure video across Ontario. Payment by e-transfer or credit card; receipts issued for insurance and tax purposes.

Insurance

Psychological services are covered by most extended health benefit plans under “Psychologist” or “Psychological Services”. First responder plans typically include strong psychology coverage. Sessions with a registered psychologist are also an eligible medical expense for tax purposes in Canada.

I do not bill insurers directly; you pay per session and submit the receipt to your plan. Check your coverage under “Registered Psychologist” before we begin — most clients find the majority of their sessions are reimbursed.

Cancellation

Life happens — 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, after which the session fee applies.
