Dr. Dale Bricker
I am a Toronto-based clinical psychologist with 14 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, personality concerns, and relationship difficulties in a diverse, multicultural clientele.
My training is psychodynamic and systemic, with EMDR training for trauma processing and additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It was refined in the public health sector, where I developed evidence-based health policy — a combination of clinical depth and systems-level thinking that keeps my work practical, structured, and grounded in what the research supports.
Alongside my clinical practice, I hold an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. It shapes my work with executives, founders, and professionals: I understand the pressures of leadership from the inside, not just the textbook.
Experience matters in this work. Fourteen years of practice — in public health systems, with frontline responders, and in private practice — is what allows me to meet complexity with judgment rather than a script.
